Came across a picture of elderly people work out with wooden dumb-bells in the grounds of a temple in Tokyo to celebrate Japan's Respect-for-the-Aged-Day. How sweet.. :) see,so we dn hv any excuses to make seeing as even elderly people's spirits and determination manage to outshine us, shame on those who kept procrastinating to exercise and all. But who cn hlp procrastinating? ahaha. but am trying to slowly eliminate that bad habit ^^
